    2. Elena with Guild Mortgage, will help you get your credit ready to buy a home and prepare you for what your payment could be.(Now you are getting ready to get pre-qualified, this should be done 90 days
      before you are ready to buy)
    3. Elaine with Locality will help you search out the right home that meets your needs. **Depending on where you live** Elaine will step in and once we know how much you qualify for you are put on a portal, to see the homes that fit your criteria.

    If you have saved a lot or a little– Debbie and Heidi are able to help you find a comfortable budget so your mortgage payment will not be too much! Elena can help if you need a boost of cash to help with the down payment, as well.
